Today I begin again my protocol for my diabetes meds and it has worked. My blood sugar was definitely lower than it has been the last 2 weeks. It helps me feel as if I can do things again. I had been anxious and depressed over it and now feeling like a weight has been lifted. Now I just gotta work on my independence from having nurses coming all the time. Marking this day as a new beginning toward my goal of controlling my own destiny by first getting my diabetes under control.
